About Journal of Clinical Developmental Biology

Clinical Developmental Biology is the interdisciplinary modern research in the areas of Basic Sciences, Medical sciences and Agriculture.

It covers the topics like Cancer Biology, Cell Biology, Developmental Biology, DNA Replication and Repair, Gene Expression, Molecular Neurobiology, Plant Molecular Biology, RNA Biology, and Virology. Our publishing motto concentrates on the broad field of Clinical developmental biology, it explores the complexity of a human, an insect or a flower from a single fertilized ovum. The journal publishes original research on mechanisms of development, differentiation, and growth in both animals and plants at the molecular, cellular, genetic and evolutionary levels. stem cell biology is commonly regarded as a sub-discipline within Clinical developmental biology, zoology, or cell biology departments. This Journal forms a single platform to disseminate research findings based in the area of clinical developmental biology.

We request authors to submit their manuscripts via e-mail to submissions@imedpub.com

Molecular and Developmental Biology

Molecular and developmental biology is interdisciplinary in nature and covers the topics like Cancer Biology, Cell Biology, Developmental Biology, DNA Replication and Repair, Gene Expression, Molecular Neurobiology, Plant Molecular Biology, RNA Biology, and Virology.

Reproduction

Reproduction is defineas the process by which cells and organisms produce other cells and organisms of the same kind. It is mainly of two types i.e. sexual reproduction and asexual reproduction. The reproduction of organisms by the union of male and female reproductive cells (gametes) is called sexual reproduction. Reproduction in which offspring are produced by a single parent, without the union of reproductive cells, is called asexual reproduction.

Fetal Physiology

The fetal physiology is the circulatory system of a human fetus, often including the entire fetoplacental circulation which comprises the umbilical cord and the blood vessels within the placenta that carry fetal blood.

Stem Cells

Stem cells have the very high potential to develop into many different cell types in the body during early life and growth. A stem cell can be defined as an undifferentiated multicellular organism cell and it is capable of giving rise to indefinitely more cells of the same type. These cells will intern are capable of giving rise to some other new cells.

Developmental Toxicology

Developmental toxicity is define as any structural or functional alteration which may be reversible or irreversible and interferes with homeostasis, normal growth, differentiation, development or behavior. Characteristic factors causing developmental toxicity are radiation, infections (e.g. rubella), maternal metabolic imbalances (e.g. alcoholism, diabetes, folic acid deficiency), drugs (e.g.anticancer drugs, tetracyclines, many hormones, thalidomide), and environmental chemicals (e.g. mercury, lead, dioxins, PBDEs, HBCD, tobacco smoke).

Birth Defects

Birth defects is define as physical or biochemical abnormality that is present at birth and may involve many different organs including the brain, heart, lungs, liver, bones, and intestinal tract. These defects can happen for some reasons including inherited (genetic) conditions, toxic exposure of the fetus (for example, to alcohol), birth injury and, in many cases, for unknown reasons.

Embryo

Embryo is define as the in the organism at an early stages of growth and differentiation, from fertilization to the beginning of the third month of pregnancy (in humans). This is the early stage of development and after that point an embryo is called a fetus.

Gene Expression & Control

The process of synthesizing the gene products using the genetic instructions is referred as gene expression. The products are essentially proteins which then perform as hormones and enzymes etc. The control of gene expression can be performed by a various mechanisms that are used by cells to increase or decrease the production of specific gene products.

Zebra Fish Research

Zebra fish research is highly prioritized when we deal with models for studying vertebrate development and genetics. As Zebra fish is also vertebrate like humans their studies will be closely related to humans. They are easy to maintain, manipulate, and observe in the lab. Breeding and getting eggs from the zebra fish is relatively easy. They are inexpensive. These added advantages of zebra fish make these species important in world’s ongoing research.
